She goes by several names, mostly Minako, Minky, Rinoa, Rinny or Rin—some even call her Momma Nyx—which are derived from the characters that she role plays. Her real name, however, is Cheska.
Capabilities:
Her hands are her power. Without them, she is worth nothing. Provide her with a pen, a paper, and from then on she will never grow bored. This little one takes pride in her artistic skills, be it drawing or simple literature. Of course, insecurities are inevitable, as she is well aware of the fact that there are others better than her.
Music keeps her alive and sane. Harmony and balance, the vibrations that pass through her skin, her ears. She wields the piano, guitar and a voice for singing.
Personality:
Passion. When taking things seriously, her resolution cannot be matched. Her focus stays, and never strays from her goal. She holds her dreams very close to her heart.
Loyalty. Friends are important, though she only has a few that she can call such, the numbers are unimportant. This person, although little, is willing to go through lengths to protect those dearest to her.
Unmotivated. There are times when she cannot move forward or backward—-and she remains at a standstill.
Confusion. This girl will often find herself confused about several things, bemused about something deep, sometimes shallow. Yes, she has a tendency to think too much when left alone, and it doesn’t help that she wants to be left alone on several occasions.
Solitude. As mentioned before, the little one seeks solace in isolation. It does not mean that she dislikes the presence of others, no. Sometimes, the girl needs her space, and is best left alone when in the lowest state of her morale.
Dreamer. A hopeless romantic, perhaps waiting for someone that will never come. She yearns for love, for a bright future, for a goal that rivals the height of a mountain. She longs for a relationship, not a fling. She wants her childhood dreams to come true, even though there are slim chances of that happening. Deep inside that small flicker of hope still lingers.
Interests:
Video Games. Role-playing games. She likes playing through stories the most, although she does enjoy a good gameplay interface. Aside from that, the little one also enjoys a good fighting game, not to mention first person shooters.
Final Fantasy, Persona 3 and 4, Threads of Fate, Breath of Fire, Parasite Eve, Tomb Raider, Silent Hill, Fatal Frame, Alice: Madness Returns, Syphon Filter, Kingdom Hearts, Grandia I and II, Tales of Series, to name a few.
Anime. She likes romantic-comedy, but thoroughly enjoys a good action anime with smoothly-animated battle scenes. In all honesty, the little one cares little for the genre, as long as the story is interesting. She dislikes yaoi and yuri, though.
Soul Eater, Lovely Complex, Tengen Toppa Guren Lagann, Naruto, Black Rock Shooter, Tales of the Animation, Cardcaptor Sakura, also to name a few.
Literature. If not already made obvious, she is fond of reading. Again, genre doesn’t matter, although she is more inclined to purchase classics and mysteries.
Demon’s Lexicon, Hunger Games, Peter Pan, Greek Mythology, Norse Mythology, Hush Hush, Shakespeare Classics, to name a few.
Music. This is her life. She cannot survive without it. When she needs to concentrate or to relax, instrumental is the way to go. However, when frustrated, she listens to mellow or jazz. On a normal day, alternative rock or japanese songs will vibrate through her headphones.
